PressReleasePal ("we", "us") provides press release drafting and distribution as a single offer, the Authority Package ($1,297 all-in, one-time payment).

Rejection refund policy

If our distribution network declines to distribute your submission for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We don't keep payment for work that never went out.

No-retractions policy

Once a press release is submitted for distribution, it cannot be retracted, edited, or pulled back. Before we submit anything on your behalf, you will be asked to review the final content in your dashboard and explicitly confirm: "I have reviewed this content and approve it for final, irreversible distribution." We will not submit your release without this confirmation.

Turnaround time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of submission. If your release mentions another company, person, or brand, distribution cannot begin until we receive a signed third-party authorization form for that mention — the 1-business-day clock starts once that authorization is received, not at the time of payment.

Third-party mentions

Press releases that name another company, person, or brand require a signed authorization from that party before distribution. This is required by our editorial guidelines and is the most common cause of delay if not resolved up front — our intake process flags this before you pay.

What's not eligible

We cannot distribute releases that promote crypto mining operations or contain investment buy/sell recommendations. These are hard blocks in our intake process and cannot be submitted for distribution under any circumstances.

Reviews and discounted offers

Early customers we reach out to directly may be offered a discounted rate of $648 instead of the standard $1,297 (50% off), in exchange for submitting an honest review of their experience once their campaign is complete. This offer is extended individually during outreach, not available to the general public, and is a limited-time way for us to collect real reviews as a new business — it is not a permanent price. The discount does not change our editorial standards, rejection refund policy, or no-retractions policy, which apply identically regardless of price paid. Where a testimonial on this site came from a customer who received this discount, we disclose it clearly alongside that specific review: "Customer received a discounted campaign in exchange for their honest feedback."
